Mediterranean living with a city garden and open views

Bellver Gardens stands on a south-facing plot with a steep slope in the Palma neighborhood of Son Armadams. Rather than a challenge, this condition became an opportunity to design a building that adapts to the topography through landscaped platforms, double heights, and a recessed façade that creates a garden with a swimming pool at its entrance.

Designed by our studio, the building features eight homes that reinterpret the Mediterranean style with a sober architectural language and honest materials such as Santanyí dry stone, natural wood, and soft tones that bring warmth and calm. The homes open to the surroundings through large windows, continuous terraces, and wooden screens, creating spaces designed to enjoy natural light, privacy, and views of Bellver Castle and the sea.
